How The Sales Lab Works

Every week, five business owners meet for a focused working session, the Lab.
This isn’t a lecture or a group chat. It’s structured, fast-moving, and built for people who value their time. THIS IS YOUR DAY EACH WEEK TO FOCUS ON SALES AND GROWTH

Hour 1

15 min - Individuals review your score cards for the week (wins, blocks, kpis)

15 min - Deal radar. Review all open opportunities.

10 min - Micro AI brief - competitor moves, pricing cues or draft/prompts to use in sprints.

10 min - Personal plan lock-in. (what you’ll have done and accomplished by end of day)

Hour 2 - 3

Execution Sprints. Do The WORK.

Two x 50 minute quiet sprint sessions with a 10-minute break between.

Support. I circulate, tighten messaging, build prompts, and troubleshoot.

Hour 4

3 hot seats x ~15 min each (rotate weekly):

  • Context check (who/why/when)

  • Objection handling or positioning tweak

  • Close plan + next step scripted on the spot

  • Group edge: peers spot patterns fast (“we solved that last month, here’s the email/approach/strategy that worked”).

After two sprints, we know where deals stuck. Coaching is surgical, not theoretical.

Hour 5

10–15 min: AI and tool update.

30–40 min: Implement tiny systems that remove friction (a CRM field, a follow-up cadence, a prompt library, a proposal block, a micro-automation).

Why last? Tooling can sprawl. We only install what the day proved you need so tech supports momentum instead of stealing it.
